Terms of Service

1. Who we are

UPNord ("we", "us") provides software that helps people evaluate Danish employment offers. By using UPNord you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

UPNord provides a free offer preview and a paid Denmark Offer Decision Report. The report includes salary estimates, offer risks, negotiation priorities and a decision recommendation. It is informational only and is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Verify critical decisions with a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or harm other users.

4. Pricing and reports

During the initial commercial launch, UPNord offers a free preview and the Denmark Offer Decision Report for a €19 one-time payment. The price and report scope shown at checkout apply to that purchase.

5. Payment and access issues

If payment succeeds but you cannot access the report, contact hello@upnord.eu. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Don't use UPNord to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or build a competing service from UPNord outputs. Don't attempt to bypass payment, ownership or security controls.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the offer details and optional account context you submit. You grant UPNord a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the preview and report to you. We do not sell your content or reuse it for unrelated purposes.

8. Disclaimers

UPNord is provided "as is". Danish tax brackets, statutory rules and market data change; we make best efforts to keep references current but do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular decision. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email before they take effect.
